Ilene S. Schnall focuses her practice on estate planning; probate; transactional matters; and domestic relations cases, including divorce, child support, alimony and domestic partnerships. Before opening her own firm in 2002, Ilene worked at the Miami law firm of Hall, David and Joseph, P.A., where she handled both probate and family law cases. Her vast experience in family law and transactional matters comes partially from her years of experience for the West Virginia Bureau for Child Support Enforcement, where Ilene worked as their general council, not only handling internal policy matters, contract negotiations, and other agency matters for this organization, but also where she argued numerous State Supreme Court cases, assisted in drafting statutes and lectured across the state on continuing legal education classes for attorneys.In the fall of 2005, Ilene was pleased to join with Gina Cadogan to form the firm of Schnall & Cadogan, PL.
