Gina Cadogan focuses her practice on commercial and civil litigation, labor and employment litigation and training and insurance bad faith litigation. She gained her extensive Federal and State Court experience while working at large national and international law firms, as well as trial counsel to the World’s largest insurance company. Gina has litigated complex multi-million dollar cases on behalf of individuals, municipalities and Fortune 500 companies, including a national airline, national auto dealerships, construction companies, hotel chains and trucking companies both in Federal and State Court. Gina is also active in several local, State and Federal bar associations, as well as a number of charitable organizations. |
